I would......take it to small claims court with proof of what they owe you. If they don%26#039;t pay file a judgment on their real property, real estate for example. Or, their personal property, a car or boat for example.
Should i sue a company that owes my small business $750 for 2 years of web hosting %26amp; Misc fees?
YES!

If you think its worth your time......or you have the time to prove your point.
I might consider turing it over to a collection agency.
Reply:yes, I would sue ...make sure you are within the statue of limitations and make sure your have a good reason for letting it go so long. Meaning contract terms.

Reply:I think that if you have all the paperwork or proof of any sort you should, in a small claims court and you would not need an attorney.
However, beeing persistant on past dues could work too.
Reply:You have to weigh the expense of the suit against the amount you can get. It sounds like you can do it in small claims court and that doesn%26#039;t cost a lot. You can file the papers yourself. If you have to hire an attorney, they will eat up $750 pretty fast.
After you get a judgement, you still have to go through the process of collecting the money. So you have to figure those costs in too.
